Here are the steps after you have registered as Retailer by A/DC Networks.
“You are now a Retailer of A/DC Networks. Your password is 123456. To change, type CHANGEPW[space][OLD 6-digit password][space][NEW 6-digit password], send to any LoadCentral Access #’s.”That means that you are now registered retailer under A/DC Networks. All you need to do now is to change your password (FL password).

"Unlock[space]6-digit password, send to any LoadCentral Access #'s."After that, you will receive a message from LoadCentral.
"You have successfully unlock your account."You can now log-in in webtool, to login via Webtool, your account details would be your registered retailer number and default password (123456).

After you log on your account, change immediately your Webtool password (SL password).
FL password (SMS password) and SL password (Webtool password) must not be the same.
1. What are the uses of this?
By registering under A/DC Networks powered by LoadCentral, you have two options on selling loads to customer/end-user via Text or via Webtool.
2. How to sell prepaid load to the customer?
First, you need to reload your Loadwallet by depositing money thru bank or other account details.

3. Where can I deposit money to buy Loadwallet?
You have two options where you can deposit your money to buy Loadwallet, first option is deposit your money directly to LoadCentral (Uniwiz Trade Sales, Inc.) accounts and the second option is to deposit your money to A/DC Networks(as your subdealer) account.

After you deposit the money, you should send a deposit verification message via text to LoadCentral or A/DC Networks, depends where you deposit your money.

Congratulations! You can finally sell more than 400 Prepaid Products to end-user/customer via text or via webtool.
6. How to sell/load via Text?
The Retailer types the product code that the end-user chose and paid for.
"Type Product Code(space)6-digit FL password(space)customer/end-user number and send to any LoadCentral Access #'s."

7. How to sell/load via Webtool?
First you need to unlock your account to access/log-in in Webtool, see instruction above.
After you log-on, choose the product that the customer/end-user paid for then enter the number of the buyer, click "SELL PRODUCT".
8. Why the ePin details did not received by customer/buyer?
There are times when an Epin sold is not sent to the customer’s mobile phone due to poor signal or some technical problems encountered at the time of purchase. We can let the system resend the last epin that was sold. This action does not deduct anything from the retailer’s wallet load since we are just resending the last epin that was already sold.
Resend ePin via Webtool:
Note:
You can only resend the last transaction for your buyer’s mobile number.
Simply enter the customer’s mobile phone number and click on the “Submit” button to resend the customer’s last bought ePIN.
Resend ePin via Text:
RESEND<space><6-Digit FL Password><space><Buyer's #> and send to any LoadCentral access #'s.
9. I have problem/s regarding my FL/SL password, help me!There are times when an Epin sold is not sent to the customer’s mobile phone due to poor signal or some technical problems encountered at the time of purchase.
