"Webtool Access is Locked..." WHY and HOW to FIX it?
This occurs when:
*Webtool password is still at default. Change it immediately.
*SMS and Webtool passwords are exactly the same. They should be unique from each other.
TO FIX: Unlock your webtool access first then change webtool password. Using your registered mobile number, type: UNLOCK<space>SMS Password and send to any LoadCentral access number.
